Very polite and accommodating over the phone when making boat reservations. However, the pontoon boat we reserved was not as expected. No gauges, lights, radio, kill switch or horn worked on the boat. They had kids showing us how to operate the boat. And when we broke down instead of refunding a portion of our rental or even apologizing, they charged us $20 to come help us. Would not recommend renting a pontoon boat from this marina.
