The Shingles is a pain that I have never experienced. And you helped me through that excruciating time. Again, thank you for helping me.
At the Miami Lakes location they did not submitted the corrected information to my insurance and my insurance denied it I spent 3 months there going several tines and could not get my injections approved they are imcompetent ! I finally went to another Dr and I was approved Dont go there !!!
