Chao Nail Bar is officially my go-to spot! Scheduling is so easy with their online system. The customer service is always warm and welcoming. You truly feel valued from the moment you walk in. The salon is clean, and the entire staff is friendly and professional. I love that they offer a refreshment while you wait or during your service - it’s such a thoughtful touch. I’ve had both manicures and pedicures here, and both were fantastic. If you’re looking for a professional and relaxing environment, this is the place to go!
Oh my gosh this place is thee place THEE PLACE in the south bay to get your nails or any salon type stuff done. Hospitality, attention to detail, very grounded energy and vibes. Sam was amazing!! I called an hour before to see if they could fit me in and they could. I showed her my inspo photo and she checked in multiple times to see if the colour was what I wanted and if the design looked good. Such a great nail salon for Japanese/korean style nails, will definitely come again when I’m in town
