I went to this Dr for about a year and when we finally had a medication that was working, I needed to refill it and I found out the medication is no longer being made. So I call Dr Li to get a new script to a comparable medication and I find out he's no longer with this practice. I saw him about a month and a half ago and now I can't get my meds refilled and have to start from scratch with a new Dr. which means losing all this progress while I wait for another appt with someone new. Scary good. No AWESOME!!! Harvard Grad!!! A master in his field!
He goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about his patients. He even took time to talk with me over the phone about a question I had and made arrangements where I could come in to see him. Probably the best doctor I have ever come across and the staff are just as amazing.
Dr Li is knowledgeable and personable. His staff is friendly and punctual. It's always easy to work with them. I recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a dermatologist.
Dr Li is kind, knowledgeable, caring & goes to great lengths to explain things in layman’s terms. He takes the time I like to make me feel cared for - yet he’s always on time - and when I’m early to my appt - he will get me in early. I like that. I highly recommend him!
