Very professional and friendly Dr. Chao is super nice. He is also very understanding and really knows how to listen. I always go to his Adams Avenue office,but I know he has one in the UTC La Jolla Area too. Both of his offices accepts credit/debit cards, which is very convenient. He is a really busy psychiatrist and always seems to be booked. However I can tell that he really cares and wants to see progress in his patients.
