Firstly, I would like to say that this place has a wonderful atmosphere and a backstory that will tug on your heart strings. The boutique inside is adorable and all the stylists and other employees are insanely friendly! I like to start with the positive first. 2 years ago, a stylist in Fredericksburg I had used for the past few years went into retirement. She had been perming and cutting my hair amazingly.
