Good enough on the do it yourself side, but why did it take $20 off my card when I only went around it once. That seems kinda high, I don't really think it's worth $20. So it's a pre authorization charge and you get it back, but why do you need to do all that if my card is good then it works if my card isn't good then it won't come on to wash, I don't know why and I don't know why you have to hold it this long it's been 3 days and now the weekend.
