Today we stopped in at Carville to look for our next vehicle. We worked with Johnathan Dewberry and let me just say that he went above and beyond. He was super patient, helped us review all our options and narrow down what we really wanted. He was never pushy and didn't try to put us in something we didn't want. They charged $140 (with an additional $26 for ???) to look at my vehicle on 7-24-26 and address an electrical issue in the outlets. They reported that they tested the outlets with their cords and the issue was resolved after about 8 hours of keeping the vehicle. The problem was not fixed and when asked about the issue, the service mechanic became defensive and stated that he’d be happy to show that it was fixed after he charges me again. Very underwhelming performance from a “professional” car servicing department.
