Chantry House is okay, just okay. the only thing that really really lets it down for me is the constant turn over of staff. I get comfortable with someone in the ED clinic and then they’re gone. same with a psychiatrist, you pour your heart and soul out and then by the next appointment they’re gone and you’re having to tell the same stories all over again. I've been going to chantry house for over a decade. I feel like the last few yrs have actually been more helpful to me. I feel the people are quite caring. The only thing I think needs improving is wait times for appointments.
Better to automate reception tbh. Always hit n miss with clear English. Also some people infer without fact checking. Shame really as service can be served us for moody mid life folk. Ya hear.

Absolutely.Shocking service over ten years i've been waiting to been seen for Psychotherapeys, and yet again.I am let down 2 hours due to my appointment.Am ISO called advocate?Cannot collect me absolutely useless for the third time.She has let me down.I'm not going back to use this service ever again.And I am putting in full complaints
