Disappointing Experience with Chanton Beauty I purchased a Groupon for services at Chanton Beauty in San Jose, excited to try them out. However, every time I attempted to schedule an appointment, I was told the provider was moving. After several attempts and much frustration, I discovered she had relocated to Clovis. Now, I'm left stuck with Groupon bucks instead of the service I initially paid for. This experience was highly disappointing and felt unprofessional.
She was very professional and explained everything Made me feel very comfortable and would definitely use her services again
Excellent permanent eyeliner on my eyelids. Truly takes the time to understand what the customer wants and focuses on doing a great job. Has a gentle touch, very detailed, definitely delivered a quality product and experience. Highly recommend!!! The only suggestion I would make to the business would be to have a book/binder of sample brows, eyeliner, lipliner styles so customers can have an easier time showing exactly what they're wanting.
Chanton is a true artist when it comes to shaping eyebrows and tattooing. She takes her time listening to you to find out what you want and she takes her time doing the job. This is the second time I have done my tattoo here and both times she did an amazing job.
She did a super job on my permanent eyeliner on the upper and lower lids
