Poor communication and closed early. I called before driving out and asked if I got there 5-10 minutes before they close, would I still be able to pick up a couple of rolls and she said, "As long as you're here before 4, you're good." I got there at 3:53 and door was locked and nobody there to take payment. The sod was there so I guess I could have just taken what I needed but I didn't have cash to leave and felt weird just helping myself.
