I had the same experience with the person who posted two weeks ago, the lady after she accepted me as a walk-in she let me sit and started to do manicure and immediately she cut me deep till I bleed a good amount and when I got shocked she said "oh" and tried to put some pressure but couldn't be comfortable after. I was nervous and wanted to quite and leave.... I went home with bad feeling, depressed thinking I can get infection or more, I couldn't even be sure if they even sanitize their tools. I’ve visited Chantilly Nail Spa twice, and unfortunately, both times I left with my fingers bleeding. My first visit was mostly positive: the pricing was reasonable, and the polish lasted well. However, the technician accidentally cut my cuticle. While it was painful, she at least applied antiseptic before continuing.
