Staff is good.Didn’t wait long.Dr Pham is so so good. It was my first visit I loved this place and will recommend De Pham.
While the dentist and office staff were nice, I think their billing practice is messy. First, there was different price for the same service performed for my son (who went to the appointment at a different date), then there is the bill for X Ray service not covered by the insurance, which we inquired about before getting the service, and was told it would be covered. This was my second visit and I was not thrilled. The doctor who did my crown procedure didn’t introduce herself and wasn’t very friendly. She also was going to do work on the incorrect tooth however I caught it in time luckily. It has been a week since my visit and I’m in tremendous pain, I went back the other day and Dr Pham was fantastic and did her best to help me and I’ll follow up with an Endodontist now.
