I had the BEST experience here…and that’s coming from someone who visited at least six other shops before finally finding this one. From the moment I walked in, everything just felt different. Kandice went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely special as a plus-size bride, which meant so much to me. They have such a wide selection of modern, stylish dresses…unlike some of the other shops I visited that honestly felt a little outdated. The location is nice, rooms are nice, and dress selection is the best. However, they are very persistent to getting your payments and not persistent to ensuring the dress actually fits. They said they would send me a dress tailor since they don’t tailor dresses- and as soon as you pick up the dress no word. You’ll be paying 3k for a dress that needs a lot of tailoring and no help.

Not very friendly or personable. Weren’t easy to work with. We drove 2 hours to go and we got stuck in standstill traffic. I called to let them know we may be running late due to standstill traffic, and they said if we are 15 minutes late, they will cancel our appointment.
