I would not recommend this bridal shop. The experience felt cold and corporate rather than intimate or special, which is exactly what you want when shopping for a wedding dress. The consultant was dismissive and made the whole process uncomfortable. My bride had already found a dress she loved at another store, but instead of letting her enjoy trying on options here, the consultant kept saying things like “Well, if this isn’t the one, take it off.” She even said she needed to find her phone so she could start a countdown of ... read more

I had such a wonderful experience at Chantilly from the shopping experience up until wedding day!! The staff was all wonderful as they make their brides feel so special!!!
