Decided not to go , hoping for seaport view , got parking lot seating and view, walked over to the water club
I just don't understand their 4.3 rating average. The food is over priced even in today's market... $39 for a small serving of scrawny, somewhat dry scallops. The atmosphere is a bit bleak and disheveled. Just not a good experience.
Trying to figure out where to eat in an area with such good food is maddening. But that also means what is out there is usually pretty good, but I wish I could rate the food even higher than a 5. Went in expecting a pub, but was pleasantly surprised at how nice of a view the outdoors seating was but also how delicious everything was. The service is getting a 3 because my partner and I ordered 2 drinks and a starter of nachos with chicken, and I don’t know if our waitress assumed we would be eating light and not tipping well,... read more
There were two dogs in the restaurant tonight. They belonged to the owners. So, can’t we all bring our dogs to the restaurant? This situation had nothing to do with the staff; they are fantastic people.
