Dr Chen is an excellent doctor if you can get an appointment with her. Your call is usually answered by a recording, and you are transferred to voice mail. You will get a return call sometime that day and an appointment will likely be with an NP. If you have an emergency after hours, she will take your call, and you will be treated with care and compassion. To sum it up, Dr Chen is an excellent Doctor but the point of contact needs improvement.
Dr. Chen has been a great part of my medical life. She is always there when I send a message to her and replies as soon as possible. She has always been there when I need her. I feel very at ease when we talk on line or at my appointments. Thank you Dr. Chen
