Constant notices of needing to inspect my home without ever giving me a reason why. Water shut offs happen regularly. Broken fire alarm so you regularly have to evacuate the building for extended periods of time for no real reason. Resident manager aggressive. Full of mold and neglect to needed repairs. Somebody poop in the stairwell often. Moved after 2 months do not recommend
The staff are awesome, well maintained building. Everyone is very friendly with each other . A caring small community. I’m so happy to have found this Gem .
