Chantal use to be my go to hair braiding salon but for some reason she is not as friendly as she use to be. I believe that quality service first begins with great customer service and great customer service is not yelling at your customers. I would say to find someone else to braid your hair that has a more pleasant attitude. But the choice is yours. Maybe you'll catch her on a good day. They are ok braiders.
I took ;my niece there to get Sengalese Twists. We had a 6 a.m. appt and she was finished by 2 p.m. The twists looked really good and the time frame was perfect. I will definitely go back.
I went this winter of 2008. I went to get some two-strand. They were so pretty and neat. My appointment was at 9:00 As soon I arrive they started on my hair. It was only one lady doing my hair and she did not take no breaks. They where very nice to me. They put movies in for you to watch or put it on a channel for you to watch.
