Pricy Chan's is higher priced than many other less fancy Chinese restaurants. Many items are quite edible while others seem mass produced. It doesn't seem to be very service oriented.
Nice place Visited Chan's a few months ago with some friends. Service was good. Nicer restaurant than most of the other Chinese restaurants in the area. Prices were a little higher here too. Overall good service & good food
Takeout food was not even close to what we expected. The food was hit but really didn’t have any of the expected taste we wanted. This was very sad. I read the comments from prior reviews but gave them a chance. May try again in 6 months.
The Sesame chix was so dried out it was like jerky, the sweet and sour pork was nothing but pork and sauce no pnieapple, onion, green pepper, or carrots, poor sevice we wanted to change our order 2 minutes after we ordered and were told no!! very rude hostess. For thirty dollars I don't expect the best but i do expect the food to be ediable. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OUR MONEY HERE
Nasty! – If I could rate this place a zero stars I would. We decided to try this place out after moving to the area. We will never go back again!!! I ordered the beef asparagus which was on the "specials" menu. I chose the hot and sour soup which is always what I pick. The soup was so so at best. Then they brought out some shrimp asparagus. I told the waitress that this is not what I ordered. She just smiled and nodded and walked off. Not quite sure she understood english. Good Food & Service I have ordered take-out from Chan's Place on many occasions. It is always very good and a fun treat for family gatherings. Chan's place has been around a long time for good reason. Friendly service and good family friendly dining.
Don't Waste your TIME – We will never want Chinese food enough to go back. We were seated at least 10 minutes before the table next to us, they had their water before us and their order was taken before us. They got their order at least 10 min before we did. They were in a party of 4 we were 2. Appetizers came after the meal. Our weightier seemed annoyed we were in his almost empty section.
