Worst experience. Towed my car from a wreck and had the hardest time getting it from them. Charged me almost $300 which would have been cheaper if I could have got it earlier. Rude and hateful on the phone. Had it towed by another company off their lot to a different town cheaper than what they towed a mile down the road. Will never recommend them to anyone!!
Worst and most crooked person I have ever met will will charge you and try to get your last penny for absolutely doin nothin I would definitely not recommend ever going to these people

I will not use any other body shop other than yours from here on out. I am very impressed, and grateful for the work that was done. Very fast turnaround, restoration was perfect, and service was second to none!!

Mark came out to boost our car after it had been accidentally left in the "on" position for several hours and was completely dead! He arrived VERY quickly, and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. BONUS points for coming on a cold and rainy day! They were recommended to us by Farm Bureau <3
Broke my door to my jeep and refused to fix it they did terrible job with paint and told insurance they fixed things and needed more money when they never needed to be fixed in first place nor did the so call fix those spots that weren't needed they quoted me a price then went up 742.00 and lied about what needed to be fixed
What a great job restoring my headlight lenses. They look like new. I think they must have polished the entire car. These guys are professional, friendly and so helpful. I stopped by the next day because I thought something was wrong with my tire and they were the only place open at 7 am. I had to leave town or miss an important appointment in Knoxville. The nice guy came out and checked my tire and removed a chunk of metal that had embedded itself in the tread. He saved my day for just a Thank You so I want to say Thank You... read more
Thank you so much to the boys at Chan's, who have came to the rescue twice in less than a month, because I locked my keys in the car. They got to me quick and had me on my way in no time..they are located on Sparta Hwy and always appreciate and take great care of their customers!
