Today was my first appt. with this dermatologist for a routine skin cancer screening. All the staff were welcoming and professional. Dr. Hood was more thorough than any of the previous dermatologists I’ve seen (different practices) in the past. Thank you for a great experience.
I had a great experience with Dr Channing and her staff! She explained my skin con5 & performed a biopsy. Everything went smoothly from booking the appointment to getting results. I highly recommend Dr Channing!

The younger receptionist at the front desk has not provided a great experience. I recently tried to schedule an urgent appointment for my daughter, who is already an established patient. I don’t know the staff member's name, but she is the one with very blue eyes. I say “younger” because I’ve only ever interacted with her and an older woman at the desk. I had a great experience with Dr. Hood and her staff. I was able to quickly make an appointment for a scalp issue I was having. After her prescription, my issue has fully resolved within just a few days. Very friendly nurses and office staff. Highly recommend!
