Channelview supply company is by far one of the best RV repair shops but I have been to in a long time. Excellent customer service great people before they do anything on your RV You receive a call to get approval.
Called for 50 amp extension cord. I was told a price of $125.00 for a 25'. My Wife made a special trip, stopped in and they told her $111.00. When she went to pay for it the price was $186.00. My wife (who is in sales) said they were rude and not very knowledgeable about what they were selling. The staff could not find a correct price on the shelf. I told my Wife to forget it as I can purchase it online for 60 bucks less and have it in 2 days. Last time I ever go there.

As far as the online pricing goes, we are a brick and mortar store with real employees who support their whole family on the salary we pay them. We do not sell online because we cannot compete with entities that have no store, no overhead and are making hardly any profit on the single item they're selling you. I been taking my rv to this place for years and the one thing I like is if I have a small repair they tell you how to repair it or bring it to them and they will repair it.Thank You Channelview Supply Learn about your rv people and you can save money on your repairs or take it to them because channelview supplies really knows all RV's.
