EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY POLITE, LOVE THE STORAGE UNIT WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY BROTHER WHEN HE GOT A UNIT , MS.PAM WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL , GREAT STORAGE UNIT WITH SUPERVISION . I paid my bill an got locked out of my unit for a whole month. Everytim I go to try see qhy I was locked out, no one was ever there so I didn't have access to my unit for a whole month. When I finally caught up with the lady for the office she said it was a mistake an was going take care of my next month bill. I explain to her that she cost me money because I had stuff in my unit to sell. When I call back to make sure she was taking care of the bill she only gave me 20$ off when I was locked out the whole month which is unfa... read more
The lights have never worked in my unit. It’s an electrical issue. They keep telling me they can give me a new unit when one becomes available but never do but the electrical issue isn’t a necessity. But you still make sure to charge the same amount
