Nail broke 2 days later and then they still charged me $8 to fix it. Also, no music. Will not be back

I had an appointment at 2 pm. after 20 minutes of waiting I got up and left.
Highly recommend Ava! She is great, and everyone is so friendly.
My pedicure itself was great—shoutout to the woman who did my toes, she was so kind and professional. But the owner? Not it. She was rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. No greeting, just a blunt ‘What do you need?’ Meanwhile, another customer walked in (who I assume was a regular), and the owner offered her a reading tray, water, and all kinds of extra care.
