I’m honestly so picky with my nails, and Channelside Nail Salon delivered. Jenni is amazing!! I got chrome French acrylics and they’re stunning!!!!! Perfectly almond shape, perfect chrome finish, and super clean lines. The whole experience felt relaxed and professional. I’ll 100% be back.
I rarely leave negative reviews but I felt that I needed to. I have been here before and experienced the same issue for the third time. My gel polish started lifting and peeling within just 2 days of getting my nails done including on nails that were not broken or damaged. When I called about this issue, the manager was rude and immediately tried to place the blame on my nails rather than the application. Jenny is the best nail tech ever, they all are l, she’s just my favorite, I’ve been getting my nails done for years, Jenny is the best I’ve ever had, very friendly staff, clean establishment,.. very nice

I did my nails this week, and she give one price for regular nail and also she charge extra $15,00, the lady make worse nail ever, no paint the corners well, look like little kid did my nails, the acrylic position was wrong, I cry because I was rush just pay attention next day, this supposed to be the nail for mail wedding day, try to call next day they no answer, left voicemail terrible customer service.
