I love living here at The Channels. My apartment is nice, it’s quiet. Management is good and so is the maintenance staff. There’s laundry facilities, pool was nice and clean this summer, and I have peace living here. My apartment is spacious, and I am very grateful for this nice apartment.

A resident here for a little over 3 years. It's clean, reasonably priced, safe, and civil, but not friendly. A bit gloomy, but not horrendous. Typical Cape May County-type situation. 😎
