The Channell service person responding to our ussue today was Chris Houp. For once I didn't have an issue with a repair person entering my house. He was very respectful and highly professional. He located the issues, and explained the problem as he corrected them. If every employee at channell has the same professional attitude and communication skills as Chris, we can recommend Channell Heating and Air to all my family and friends. The system is under warranty so there was no cost.
Seasonal check-up. Kolby did a great job checking my air conditioning. He was polite and efficient and did a great job.
