I woke up early on a Saturday morning and there was a large puddle of water around our water heater. Fearing that my Saturday was going to be ruined trying to get someone out here to check it out, I called up Nathaniel from Channel Plumbing and left him a message. He called me right back. He explained that while his day wasn't very flexible, he was quite concerned about the leak. So he adjusted his day and came out here regardless. That, in itself, was amazing.
