I have never had such a pleasant procedure in my life! The entire staff treated me with kindness and was incredibly attentive from start to finish. Their professionalism truly goes above and beyond. I was so well cared for that I almost didn’t want to leave! My procedure felt more like a spa day than a medical appointment. LOL! My wife had her pain injection by our Kaiser doctor here and everyone was very professional and helpful.
I had my second neck ablation at Channel Islands Surgery and as expected it was the same wonderful experience due to the excellent care from the skilled nurses. Dr Zaghi did the procedure . He is an excellent Doctor and makes you very comfortable as well communicating all areas of the procedure. Thanks to Dr Zaghi the procedure was very successful and my pain is gone ..
