Beautiful practice. Friendly staff and Dr. Fern is quite skilled
Deeply appreciate the care I received from Dr Fern and staff. After an anguishing experience brought me in planning for a root canal procedure, she laid out my options clearly and discussed the pros and cons with calm and professionalism. I didn't feel rushed, pressured or marginalized which sadly can happen at other places. Tooth extraction ended up being the correct choice for me rather than a root canal and there wasn't the slightest resistance even though I'd be walking away from an expensive procedure. Dr. Fern, her assistants, and office staff were so kind and explained everything that would be happening. I would recommend anybody to see her for a root canal. I’ve had other root canals done but her manner and kindness tops the other places I’ve been to. She’s great!!
The results of my root canal were spectacular. Well done. Pain is gone and i had no pain following the procedure.
I had a referral to fix an infected root canal and went in for a consultation where Dr fern assured me they could save my tooth...made an appointment and less than a week I went in for the procedure. I have a major fear of dental work and they made the 2 hour procedure as professional as possible.i highly recommend Dr fern and her staff...so personable and professional !
