Dr Chen preformed an emergency procedure on me at St V Kokomo that saved many hours from having to be transported to Indy. He jumped in and saved the day by adjusting his schedule. I am very grateful for his skills and concern for his patients. I highly recommend him.
Update: Dr Chen called me & better explained the med he prescribed. I will try it & get back with him as requested. Dr Chen did not listen to my concerns, he was only interested in his agenda (prescribing meds that causes my symptoms not relieves). When he starts talking fast you can't understand him, nothing new there. I won't go back to him.
Dr. Chen was only concerned about my weight and not the symptoms I've been facing. I left the appt in tears with no answers. While I understand being overweight is an issue, it's not what is causing my pain. He said "since you're overweight, coughing and sneezing can cause you trauma. Lose weight and wear an abdominal binder." I wouldn't recommend him, and I won't be returning. Edited to add: it was in fact my gallbladder causing my issues. I found a surgeon willing to remove it. Went to this doctor feeling terrible. He never listened to me, he only spent maybe 5 or 10miniutes with me. I left the first time feeling like no one cared, but at least I had a scope scheduled to try and figure out what was wrong with me. So the scope comes, everything goes as good as I guess a scope can go, and I am left waiting to hear the results.
