I am very pleased with my cut and balayage even several days later. The price was reasonable for both the cut and color. I will definitely be back
This was my first time at the salon and I can finally say I found my go to salon in State College after living here 6 years! Susie was very welcoming and fantastic at analyzing my cut based on my hair's needs. I really appreciated her taking the time to talk me through the cut and the chemistry of my hair. Thanks so much!
I absolutely love this place. It's so welcoming and friendly, and Susie does a GREAT job. Susie cut my hair for at least 4 years while I lived in State College. She's not afraid to try anything, which means a LOT to me. I've had a lot of hairdressers say no when I ask them to try a new style. Susie gave me my first undercut, a hair tattoo in the undercut, and all kinds of fun colors. If I was ever uncertain about how a cut looked, she'd work with me until I was totally happy. I love Changing Times Hair Designs!! Susie is extremely friendly and professional and always makes sure I get the haircut I want. The salon is also super nice and modern and makes me feel comfortable and energized. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a forever hair salon!
