No website. Phone Number brings you to automated system with no clear direction as to who to contact. I selected a random number and left voice message with zero response. Unprofessional. Business should be closed down.
I virtually met with one of the Nurse Practitioner's (I will spare his/her name in hopes that as a group they can improve their practice)- once for an initial evaluation/consultation and twice for an appointment. During the consultation, the NP seemed very nice. She explained the process and said that I would be getting forms to fill out in the mail. This was fine.
