I highly recommend Andrea. She is incredibly trauma-informed and creates a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space right from the start. Her EMDR approach is thoughtful, well-paced, and she takes the time to make sure you feel grounded and comfortable throughout the process. She is very attentive, compassionate, and truly listens. It’s clear she has a deep understanding of trauma and how to help you process it in a way that feels manageable and empowering. I’m very grateful for the care and skill she brings to her work.
