I've been going here and seeing Mariah for years. Honestly it's the best mental health experience I've ever had. Not only because of her, but the staff has ALWAYS been kind and empathetic to me. I'm so very grateful for Mariah and Changing Minds. Thank you so much for everything -Bradley B.

Was just on hold for 42 mins to schedule an appointment. How crazy! Please get Reno added to the patient portal so we at least have options when scheduling.
This office is absolutely incompetent! Even after providing bank statements they are insisting a copay was not paid and trying to charge me a missed appointment fee because they want me to pay before being seen. Even though thisrefuse to acknowledge there was a payment. And then say that there are no show fees for appointments never made. They obviously dont understand that they're a psychiatry institution and suppose to help not hender patients. Even their own staff say that the owner is a problem and they dont like working... read more
HORRIBLE PSYCHIATRY I TRIED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT DUE TO ME.REALLY GOING THROUGH THINGS AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE WAS INCONSIDERATE THEN TOLD ME SHE CANT RESCHEDULE ME BECAUSE I MISSED ONE APPOINTMENT IN FEBRUARY ONLY ONE LITERALLY AND THEY CANT RESCHEDULE BECAUSE IM ON MEDICAID LIKE HOW INCONSIDERATE AND MESSED UP IS THAT AND THAT JUST GOES TO SHOW THEY DONT CARE ABOUT HELPING PEOPLE DONTTT CONSIDER THIS PLACE HOW COULD THEY TURN DOWN SOMEBODY WHO IS CLEARLY GOING THROUGH THINGS AND STILL GOING CONSIDERING IM CALLING B... read more
