I have gone to Changes for years for a variety of services. I know without a doubt that I can always count on the staff at Changes to greet me professionally at the door and to be on time all the time. Their staff is wonderful and experienced. Unlike other Salons, they don't gossip and engage in conversation while patrons sit around and either wait for services to begin or finish. The salon is beautifully decorated and always immaculate.
Enisa made hair goals happen and did an amazing job highlighting and blending my roots and toned all my brass away! She’s super down to earth and we conversed and laughed with me the entire time! She’s not only a great colorist but is super knowledgeable about all the product they have at Changes! I love this salon and even better , it’s a full service spa 😍 Can’t wait to return!

I want to give a shout out for Alix. She does massage, facials and waxing. She has done my eyebrows for years and is by far the best! Yesterday I had my first appointment with her in months. Safety precautions are in place. My temp was taken before entering the building. Everyone wore masks. I felt safe and pampered! And now my eyebrows look great! 😊
Tiffany Ritter passed out drunk halfway through coloring my hair. She's also violent and a thief.
I was always skeptical about getting a brazillian wax but I found changes salon and day spa, and I am thrilled I did. when I called to make my appointment the person I spoke to on the phone was wonderful. I told her it was my first time and she set me up with Sam. I could not be more grateful. Sam made my experience a very pleasant one. I took my niece to Tara after she had her hair colored at a different salon. At the other salon they fried her hair and burnt her scalp. Tara took every step to fix the color and treat her hair with special conditioners. The results were amazing! I will never go to another salon again. Tara is the best!
