We took the business over from Wendy, who BTW thankfully still works with us, and have been happily running the new Changes of Richland ever since!

At first walking thur the door, we was greeted unkindly. We was asked who we had an appointment with, and that was it. We sat there with no sorry, our appointment was running late, not going back.
Today I had my first appointment at Changes. The first of many. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. Makaylia did a fabulous job! She cut about 14 inches off then did a full foil and brow wax. She is so sweet and super talented! I LOVE my new hair! 100000/10 would recommend. Thank you Makaylia!
I have been struggling for a LONG time looking for someone to cut my curly hair and to do a good job. Well I found my person! Kathy Douglas knew the assignment! I have had long hair all my life and at 54 decided to go short! I absolutely LOVE IT!!! Kathy did an amazing job and she is such a sweetheart! Like I said, I found my person!
I had an awesome experience at Changes of Richland. Kathy trimmed my hair for me, and Makayla waxed my eyebrows and gave me a Shellac manicure. I felt at home the moment I walked in the door. Being a first-time mom, I don't spend nearly enough time on self-care. I left feeling so much more relaxed and like myself again. I 100% recommend both Kathy and Makayla.
