Love this Spa! – This is the best hidden secret in Denver. NOT located in Cherry Creek -yeah!!! I had the best services I have to have in Denver. My facial was amazing, the pedicure was perfect and the staff was very educated. I will be back. Thanks guys! Mel
Wonderful Spa – I have been a client of Brandi for several years. She is wonderful as well as everyone that works there. They are professional, efficient, and friendly. Best Pedicure in Denver – I recently visited the day spa "Changes of Cherry Creek" for a haircut, manicure, & pedicure. The spa has a variety of services from facials, haircare, nail care and various botox services, none of which I knew was offered at this spa. The prices are very comperable to other salons in the area and it appears they are always offering some type of special. Most consistantly thorough facial I have ever had. – I recently received my fourth facial from Changes of Cherry Creek. I travel extensively for my work so it is difficult to be a regular at any spa. I have not received the same technician as I don't ask for anyone in particular and I have difficult skin problems. My experience at Changes was awful! Not only did they charge me an additional $25 for ?extra treatments? during my facial but the next day my nose broke out all over. I had actual scabs from the extractions my estition did and my skin was as dry after the facial as it had been before I came in. My face looked horrible for a week and a half after the facial, which has never been my experience at other spas. Nails did not last, front desk staff not customer oriented – I recently went to Changes for a rebase and hair conditioning treatment. Amy is very nice (my nail tech). However, I lost 3 nails within 1 week. Upon leaving the salon I informed the front staff that their prices stated online are less that what she said I owed. Her reply was "oh, thats strange". In my opinion that is horrible customer service. If you have a different price listed, you need to honor that price. I will never go back.
Unbelievable Facial – I had a yonka facial here with a paramedical esthetician named Mirvet.. She gave me one of the best facials I have ever had. The price is unbelievable for the service. This spa is very bare in decor and has a more medical type atmosphere with stark white walls and machines in the hallway, but after having my facial here.. i will DEFINITELY come back.
5th Floor Darth Vadar – I have been using this salon and their excellent services for over 20 years! There is nothing that they don't do with excellence!
