I have been going to Changes for close to to years. The atmosphere is wonderful... taking you back in time with historic wall paper and the most unbelievable ceiling. All salon specialists are people oriented and have a large following of faithful clientele. I love Rebecca. I always get compliments on my hair. She is a keeper.
