First off, the owner was super sweet and accommodating.. Got 2 of us in on a very short notice which I know was very hard to do especially for massages. Appts start right on time, clean facility, welcoming and calm atmosphere. Everything you can expect and MORE from a day spa. We had Dedra fulfill as our services for the day and she did an amazing job! Highly recommend her and Changes Day Spa for all your spa and pampering needs..

Had the absolute best morning at changes day spa today! Extremely relaxing environment from right when you walk in the door. The front desk receptionist, Brenda, was so nice and able to schedule my appointment the very next day from when I called. Neece gave an excellent massage and Honey gave an amazing facial! Everything a spa should be! Warm and relaxing, soothing sounds and smells. The people are welcoming and very professional. The services are outstanding!
