Change Pain doctors are clinically excellent and their staff seem friendly. However, it's not a well run clinic. The doctors are never, ever on time. Expect at least a half-hour wait, minimum. There is no free street parking, so you'll be paying for very pricey onsite parking while you wait. They're seemingly incapable of answering their phones during business hours, so you can't even phone to see if your dr is running on time.
