I am greatly pleased with my experience receiving therapy. I would highly recommend as I feel that I was provided a great service. They were extremely friendly and made the process as easy as possible.
A family member reached out to one of the therapists here. He was told that the practice accepts his insurance, yet the therapist kept canceling appointments due to insurance issues. He (therapist M.K.) promised to rectify the issue and reschedule the appointment, but he never followed through and got back to my family member. Unacceptable. Wouldn't trust this therapist, seeing as he cares so little for his clients that he can't even take five minutes from his day to return a phone call.
