Really a wonderful nails salon, they are thorough and do quality work. Ask you a bunch during the service if it’s what you want and if it isn’t they adjust.

Very low quality of work. While getting a pedicure, a few of my toes got deep cuts and are bleeding now.

I called to make an appointment for 3:15. The woman on the phone said can you come at 3:30? I said “Unfortunately , no I won’t have enough time to get both services. I have to be somewhere at 4:30. She then proceeded to tell me that I could come at 3:15. I figured I would wait a little bit but ended up waiting a half hour. They made it right by giving me the pedicure and the gel manicure at the same time but it was very unprofessional because they told me they were almost done and they still had about 10 minutes left on each... read more

Sadly, I was actually looking forward to trying this place. Definitely not going back. The place was empty when I went in for my manicure/pedicure. I had to tell the lady who did my pedicure 3 times to stop using the nail file at the bed of my toenails and the surface. There is a tool for this purpose to push the cuticles. Using the nail file damages the bed of nail and the surface of the nails which causes problems later on. A properly trained tech knows that.
