Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this cardiologist's office? They were average Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I got an appointment quickly. My first visit I had a long wait, but since they were seeing me on short notice I'm sure they were just fitting me in. They always take the time to listen to me. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. What made my experience more comfortable was the doctor's bedside manner. They were very friendly and welcoming. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I would in fact recommend this cardiologist. I was happy with the care I received and would encourage my family and friends to use them as well.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
