Changing my review to one (1) star. Dr. Chang hid from me instead of greeting a patient of five (5) years, he is asking for $1600 per year, a membership of sort on top of medical insurance payments. Melissa at the front desk in reluctant to help. Only bright spot is Nurse Lisa. I asked for a referral since I'm not willing to pay $1600 to see Dr. Chang and they would not provide one, their excuse is "we do not know who is accepting new patients", well let me worry about that.

I have been a patient of Dr Norman Chang for at least five years and have always felt he Dr Chang cared about my health however after being treated with complete hostility by Diana Ortman of which she thought I had no knowledge of what she was doing I feel also other staff members to name Tracy /Stephanie were very rude to patient for reasons of no fault and not having knowledge of needs for concern patient was asked after the hostile video talk with Ms. Ortman to question did patient have her Will in order

Three years into the pandemic and it's like Fort Knox. I wanted to accompany my elderly mom to her appointment because she has s hard time remembering things. But I was met at the door and told I was unsafe to come in even though I was masked and I work at a hospital with newborn babies everyday. My mom had Covid last year and the provider didn't know anything about the common anti viral meds being presctibed. Not to mention they wouldnt even see her and told her to go to urgent care. I thought they were a doctor's office.
