great resume but he did not do a good job with my teeth. had a few teeth bonded & specifically asked him to try his best to not shave the teeth but he did anyway. the bonding fell off within 6 months & my teeth look worse than before. his office is also dated, and uncomfortable.
Just had my first visit with Dr. Chang for a cleaning and check-up. Visit was good and very professional. The cleaning was pleasant and the hygenist talked me through every step. Dr. Chang was very efficient and got me in and out. The front desk was very knowledgeable about my insurance policy and helped me understand what is and is not covered. Good dentist. Would recommend, going back again.
Dr. Chang is very gentle and he seems to really care about the welfare of my teeth without making me feel too guilty. I've never had a problem with billing or insurance with him. His hygienist and assistant are both friendly and efficient. I've never been to another dentist in New York, so I don't know how good his prices are but I wouldn't be surprised if I found out Dr. Chang was a little expensive.
Dr. Chang did an excellent job with my cavities and has been vigilent in caring for me. i found him to be modest, personable, very likable, very reliable.
Dr. Chang also told me that I had a lot of cavities when I didn't and kept trying to talk me into getting (expensive) gum cleanings that were also not necessary.
Dr. Chang is a really bad dentist. He said I had cavaties when I didn't and did a very poor job conducting the cleaning. In addition to his poor skills as a dentist, he is very rude when dealing with patients. He speaks down to you in a very condesending way and seems to have little patience for questions. If you are thinking about using Dr. Chang, I would highly recommend that you don't. I have never had a worse expereince at a dentist in my entire life.
