I have been with this CPA for the past 18 years! The first 11 years were great! Our consulting CPA really worked hard for us but she quit. In the past 7 years, our current CPA wasn't even cordial. Her name is Hanna. We were about to purchase a home and the underwriter for the loan needed a one line sentence with her signature. Discovered unauthorized charges to my credit card from Jun Chang CPA & Associates AC adding up to $1440. Mr. Jun Chang stated he had charge other clients tax fees to my credit card by accident on several occasions. Mr. Jun Chang never apologized. Did not seem worried or concerned with the fraudulent activity. Refunded the money but is now mailing me letters charging me fees, calling them "Miscellaneous Fees and Adjustments" for my 2018 Tax Return. Unacceptable. Unprofessional.
