Recommend – I was referred to Palo Verde Pediatrics six years ago when I had my first baby. The staff is wonderful and the doctors are great with children. I've had no problems with them and they are always there when I needed to take my boys in. They are caring, respectful, accomodating and take the extra time to get to know the family. I would highly recommend Palo Verde Pediatrics.
Poor Front Desk Staff – I like the doctors at this office however, the staff at the front desk needs some customer service training. You tend to have to wait until they are all finished with either their personal phone call, conversation or other. It takes forever to get them to call in a perscription so you're better off just getting a hard copy and taking it to the pharmacy yourself. If you're looking to get ignored, then this is the place for you!
Recommended – The staff of Palo Verde Pediatrics is very helpful and friendly. The office has also recently moved up to an electronic recordkeeping system so that the doctors always have complete and up-to-date information available instantly on their tablet PCs. The competency levels of the pediatricians that my daughter has been seen by is outstanding, and I would even make a long, out-of-the-way drive if I had to just to make sure that she continues to be a patient of this office.
