I was thoroughly impressed with the my experience with everyone from Chaney’s. Elliot was awesome. Both him, and the lady at the front office answered every question that I had in a timely manner. Let alone the body shop did absolutely outstanding. Truck was better than brand new. Paint and bodywork was beyond what I expected. I won’t take my business anywhere else but here, Extremely helpful and pleasant.
I was rear-ended back in February. The original body shop my insurance contacted kept rescheduling me to bring my car multiple times. I contacted my insurance to see if they had another body shop I could take my car to for repairs. They contacted me with Chaney's and from the first point of contact to the last, I had amazing service. They were able to get me in relatively quick to evaluate the damage and create an estimate. My experience with Chaney's was fantastic! Car accidents can be very stressful. Cristina and Mike provided great customer service. Mike gave me regular status updates, and my car was ready in less time than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Chaney's Collision Centers Surprise Auto Body Shop.
I gave this place 2 stars because our truck came out great, but everything else electrical they didn't even care or bother to check if anything was connected correctly. They don't care about the cars in their possession, my plates were stolen from there and they were so quick to day " it's not our problem". They can't hold themselves accountable for what has been done on their property and so quick to say it's not their fault.
Christina and Eliot were fantastic to work with on getting my 4Runner fixed. A couple of plastic clips broke after it was fixed and Chaney’s stood by their work and fixed the clips. Process was super smooth and accommodated my schedule. Highly recommend them!
