Brought car in for a tire patch the technician went to take the spare off the car and stripped 2 lugs , now they want to charge me to fix it . He admitted that he stripped one but not the other . Now my car isn't driveable . DO NOT GO HERE they can't do simple tasks correctly , patched the tire , didn't even fill the tire up with air , and now they want me to come out of pocket almost $200 to fix their mistake .
these guys robbed me of $2400 by pretending they had the experience to do serious work, I had to keep bringing my vehicle back to them for the same issue until finally it doesnt run at all and they told me there was nothing they could do. after posting a Google review hoping someone at chaney would try to work with me about the amount of money I payed them for the services they never completed they had someone reach out to me, who for the past 3 weeks offered me nothing and continuously just asked me to take the review down.
RecommendedI've popped in for various things like oil change, flat tire, check engine light and just now 4 new tires. Even popped in for a sanity check with my transmission after I had a potential car jacking. Tina is always helpful with trying to figure out how to help. The neighborhood convenience is the best. I love how I can either wait or able to walk home it's so close.
I just took my car in at the last minute on a Friday afternoon for an oil change and to have the tires checked. I was done and out in less than an hour. The folks at Chaney never disappoint.

Check engine light came on the night before my cross country drive, about 5:45PM (most shops close at 6PM). Called Chaney Tire and Auto in a bit of a panic; manager went to check and see if a mechanic was still available. There was, so I ran in to get it checked - got there 5 min before closing. Turned out to be just a loose gas cap, and they didn’t charge me anything for the check. After being referred here for a front end alignment. I had to come back a 2nd time after getting tires to leave having it 10x worse! I was told I needed a part. They left bolts loose in my steering and was lucky I didn't wreck my car! The Manager Allen was rude and disrespectful. He has the personality of a stone! As a woman I do not recommend this place to another woman. They seem to be dishonest and chauffinestest!
