The office staff was terribly rude to my aging parents. My mom was 15 minutes early for her appointment but even so they wouldn’t see her because she hadn’t filled out the paperwork. My mom is dying from Parkinson’s and she could not see this doctor, despite having an appointment and showing up early for that appointment. There’s something seriously wrong with the office staff.
